Berlitz is a well known private language school in North America and Europe, probably the oldest and one of the largest of such companies in the West. Watch their video below - it is a famous Berlitz commercial; it starts out in German (don’t worry about that). The scene is a German coast guard station, and the senior officer is showing a new recruit around. As the recruit encounters a difficult situation in English, you’ll see what happens. Does this remind you in any way of the language education that you’ve experienced? Or in Korea? What makes this commercial so interesting?
