Alpha Alpha Chapter
alpha Kappa Delta Phi is currently the largest, fastest-growing, and ONLY international Asian-interest sorority in the nation. Established by our fourteen founding sisters at the University of California at Berkeley in 1989 and recognized by the College Panhellenic Association on February 7, 1990. Since then, we have established 54 chapters internationally with more than 5,000 sisters coast to coast; creating an experience of sisterhood you won't find anywhere else!
At the University of South Florida we are the Alpha Alpha Chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi. We were established at the university Spring 2006 by our twelve amazing charters. Since then we have grown our sisterhood to more than 110 chapter sisters leaving our legacy behind in countless ways.

Do I have to be Asian to join?
- No. We are an Asian American interest sorority that focuses on the promotion of Asian cultural awareness. We pride ourselves on building strong and lasting friendships with girls from many diverse backgrounds.
What is rush/recruitment week?
- Recruitment week is a period of time in which active sisters and potential members have the opportunity to become better acquainted. The activities are geared towards not only getting to know sisters but what alpha Kappa Delta Phi represents. It will give you the opportunity to get to know us and explore Greek-life in a fun and relaxed setting!
Does recruitment/rush week cost money?
- No. All events are free of cost and open to students!
