Our great mate Will Hamilton, lovingly known as 'Ski' has suffered a terrible accident while on holiday in Spain which has resulted in having surgery and facing a 40,000 euro fee associated with his healthcare.
Local Dunedin bat maker, Jason Lockrose (Ru Cricket) has very kindly offered to put up one of his hand made, custom shaped premier RU cricket bats to go on auction to help raise funds for Will. Feel free to support Jason by giving him a follow on instagram at @ru_cricket_nz.
An entry to go into the draw will cost $20 NZD if you are based in New Zealand or £10 if you are in Europe.
Once you have paid, you will be accounted for on our spreadsheet and on the 20th of August we will draw a winner using a random name generator.
Our goal is to raise $5000 (250 tickets) to aid Will and his family during these tough times.
