EmpowHer Circle Application

EmpowHer is a transformative women's group led by Licensed Professional Counselors Liz Illick and Nancy Garrison, designed to foster compassion, connection, and authenticity. Rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to be seen and valued as her true self, this group provides a supportive space for personal growth, empowerment, and meaningful relationships. Through guided discussions, shared experiences, and therapeutic insight, EmpowHer encourages women to embrace their strengths, navigate life’s challenges with confidence, and build a strong, uplifting community with each other. Whether seeking self-discovery, emotional support, or a deeper sense of belonging, participants will find a safe and welcoming environment where they are heard, valued, and empowered.
Although this work is therapeutic, it is not therapy.
