Criteria:

Participant in the multifamily community on a local level.
Would be considered a role model or mentor in existing or past role.
Has contributed a significant act of service at a member organization or fabric of the multifamily community through volunteerism/ act of service or financial commitment.
Open to any member category.

Winners will be selected by the past winners and the President of the Board.
All submissions must be completed by 10/1/2025.
No more than two submissions per Management Company per award will be allowed.

We will default to the first two in the system and the additional will be excluded from the selection process.
