Teen Fall Reading Challenge
The challenge will run from September 22nd, 2018—December 20th, 2018 (12 weeks) In that time you will have to read a total of 2500 minutes. That’s a smidge under 30 minutes of reading a day. You are not limited to the type of reading you do as long as you read something. Which means that you can read a magazine, graphic novel, regular book of prose writing, books of poetry, the back of a cereal box, your history textbook, an instructional book on how to build a birdhouse. You get the idea. When you have completed the 2500 minutes, turn this sheet into the Young Adult Librarian and you will be entered into a drawing for a prize at the end of the challenge. The prize will most likely be a Kindle Fire tablet of some sort. You may pick up your registration sheet from the YA librarian or you can download and print your own out. Which will be made available via a link on the teen page.
