If the film contains recognizable people, they must have authorized the videographer to use their picture on the internet and in print for the purpose of this contest and subsequent screenings in connection with this contest. The videographer will remain responsible for providing such permission upon request. Permission of persons obviously posing for a photo is implied, therefore no release is needed in such instances. Other exceptions include photos of individuals participating in public performance (theater, athletics, dance, etc.) or public crowd shots in which no individual is singled out.
