The Local to Global – Winter Market is a seasonal showcase featuring the best craftsmen, artists, creators,
makers and shakers the city has to offer. Join us this holiday season for a festive and worldly shopping village
at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC).

As the World Trade Center Washington, DC the Reagan Building is a hub for government, industry, culture and
community in the heart of downtown DC. It’s the perfect location to showcase the best finds from local and
regional shops and purveyors with a curated selection of thoughtful gifts and one-of-kind novelties with a global
flare.

MARKET DETAILS:
WHEN: Monday, December 4 – Friday December 8, 11 am – 7 pm
WHERE: Wilson Plaza, Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center

1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20001

EXHIBITORS: This is a juried market opportunity intended to feature a diverse display of approximately 40
unique exhibitors. Products of interest include: art, craft, textiles, jewelry, furnishings,
collectibles, and other locally or globally handcrafted products.

APPLICATION DETAILS:
Your application package must contain the following information before it can be considered for review:

1. Completed application form (this form)
2. List of all products to be sold at the Winter Market
3. Supporting documents: photos of item/s to be sold and booth set-up
4. Application fee of $25.00 made payable to “KSM Marketing”

INSURANCE: Upon Acceptance you will be required to show proof of insurance. Vendors must carry insurance for general liability and property damage, as well as product liability coverage, in an amount not less than $500,000 and cover the
dates of the market, December 4 – 8, 2017. The policy shall name as additionally insured: Trade Center
Management Associates LLC, U.S. General Services Administration and KSM Marketing LLC.

SPACES: The market area accommodates 40 or more exhibitors with 10x10 or 10x20 spaces. Tents and tables
will be provided.

FEES: A non-refundable one-time application fee of $25 is due with the application. Space fees are $50/day
($250 week) for a 10x10 spot and $100/day ($500 week) for a 10x20. Electricity will be available for an
additional fee of $10/day. Fees are required paid in full by Friday, December 1, 2017.

ACCEPTANCE: Qualified exhibitors will be notified of acceptance and total amount due within 5 days of receipt
of application.

LOADING: A load in/out area will be available adjacent to the market area.

SALES TAX: Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and reporting DC Sales Tax.

WEATHER POLICY: The market is rain or shine. However, if the weather reports are calling for severe
inclement weather, such as high winds, tornado warnings, extreme heat or rain, management reserves the
right to cancel the market for the safety of the vendors and customers.

For delivery, please be aware of the below, mandatory policy for all loading dock deliveries:

Vehicles are limited to 13‘ height and 56’ length (tractor/trailer combined) - NO 45’ TRAILERS
▪ Sprinter Vans, Box Trucks & Larger Trucks must go to off-site scanning located at 1880 2nd Street SW (adjacent to
Ft. McNair on 2nd Street) prior to arrival at RRB/ITC. There is a 45 minute time frame before security seal expires.
▪ Scanner Hours are Monday—Friday (5am-5pm) & Saturday (5am-1pm). All other times require K9 inspection at
an additional cost.
▪ Neither personal vehicles nor trucks are allowed to park on the loading dock.
▪ On delivery, vehicle’s contents may be placed on the dock and the vehicles will be instructed toleave.
▪ On pickup, contents must be on the dock, ready to load before the truck will be allowed on thedock.
