MSU Italian Summer Program 2021
This pre-registration form gathers data about students interested in an in-person intensive Italian program on the Montclair State campus in the summer of 2021. The scheduled dates are from July 12th to July 29th, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.

The program is primarily aimed at rising high school seniors who have completed Italian 3. However, new high school graduates and certain other students can also be admitted under some circumstances, so if you are interested in participating but are not currently a junior, go ahead and fill out the survey and we will determine acceptance on a case by case basis for each applicant.

We are pleased that current guidelines at the state level have recently approved in-person teaching for the summer. Should there be any change, we will inform you.

9. If you plan to commute to campus, you can skip this question. We will  be able to offer a residential option in a dormitory on campus this summer to students who can provide proof of being fully vaccinated two weeks prior to Sunday, July 11th. Residential students stay in their dorm with an Italian-speaking RA from Sunday evenings to Thursday afternoons. They leave campus after class on Thursdays and return on Sunday evenings during the program's duration. Would it be a problem for you to travel to and spend from Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon someplace off campus between July 11th and 22nd? If so, please explain your situation here.
