Meal Plans & Prepared Meals Inquiry Form

There are a few options I officially offer, but all of my client's meal plans are individualized and do not follow the specific meal plan I have outlined below. The weekly meal plan I describe below is a jumping off point -- I am always happy to work with you to find a plan that specifically supports you. So, just let me know what you’re looking for if none of this really fits and we can definitely work something out.

-Weekly meal plans include 3 meals + 1 small snack per day and they start at $90 for the 1-day plan (per person). It’s $175 for the 2-day plan, $260 for the 3-day plan,  $340 for the 4-day,  $400 for the 5-day, and so on. You can switch from week to week, just need to be notified.

-You can also buy meals individually and not have it looped into a meal plan. I charge $25-30 per meal, which serves as a dinner or large lunch. You can also add chia pudding or parfaits, etc. a la Carte starting at $15 each.  

Meals are healthy, and made from scratch using almost entirely organic and/or local produce (including things from my garden during the growing season!). I choose the menu but all meals are cooked to your personal dietary restrictions and preferences. They can be vegan or not. The non vegan meals have a choice of chicken/poultry, shrimp, and seafood (my choosing depending on market prices). Red meat and certain seafoods will be an up charge. You can specify what you'd like & if you'd be willing to accept the up charge. Delivery is included within 3 miles of Avondale and then charged accordingly. Pick up may also be available depending on the schedule. 

Another option I have is for me to cook for you personally, in which I charge by the hour ($45/hr) plus the cost of your own groceries. Then I meal prep and cook all of your meals using your personal groceries for that week. This way you can specify exactly what you'd like on your weekly menu! For this option, I can either cook offsite and drop off meals, or I can cook on site in your home. 


I also offer private cooking lessons/sessions. For 1-on-1 sessions, it's $200 + the cost of groceries. This includes:

-in person session at your home (up to 3 hrs) + the grocery shopping (you are welcome to come along if desired)

-all consultation & preparation of an individualized session based on goals, dietary needs & interests

-a pdf document of all we will be covering, with details of ingredients, recipes and suggestions for substitutions

-continued support after the session ie answering questions, advice, cooking guidance


I can also do group classes, and cook for private events/dinners and retreats. Fill out form and I will reach out to you to discuss these options further.
