Village Church Children's Ministry Volunteer Application
This application is utilized as the initial step in the screening process for those interested in serving in the Village Church children's ministry. Upon completion and review of this application, a Village Church staff member will follow up to schedule an interview. Questions, protocols and standards are compiled directly from the Anglican Diocese of the Carolinas Policy Manual for the Protection of Children.
