What's this all about?

Workday integration for WFM allows you to set up the connection with Workday instances in Admin Center, to synchronise approved time off into Zendesk WFM.

Need more detail on how it works?

It is possible to connect with multiple Workday instances. Imported time off is visible in the WFM Scheduling, Time Off Management, Reporting and Agent facing WFM application.

Is this available to everyone?

Any account that is currently using Zendesk WFM is eligible for this early access program.

This being an Early Access Program, are there limitations with the product?

Accepted time off is the only absence leave that is imported. Importing public holidays and long term absences is outside of the scope of this EAP. Information about imported time off will not be included in audit logs.

What is expected of me?

There are a few things we ask:

1. Provide feedback on the feature, ease of use, and documentation
2. Report any bugs
3. Be open to working very closely with us, initially and ongoing through this stage
4. Willingness to get it wrong, in order to make it better
