Please fill out this form to the best of your ability. We will open the first round of applications on December 1st. They will close on January 15th. We will notify panelists of their acceptance by January 15th. This first round of panelists will receive priority with scheduling.

Preferred Length of Panel. Please check all the lengths you are willing to make this panel/adjust it to. Being flexible with the length of a panel will allow us to find better places in the schedule for it. As a new policy, all panels will have 15 minutes of set up time before their panel. Please let us know if you will need an additional 15 minutes (total 30 minutes of set up time.)

Preferred Panel Day. Please check all days that you would be willing to host this panel. Remember that we are often swamped with applications for Saturday only. Being willing to run your panel on Friday or Sunday will increase your chances of being accepted.
