1. This is the registration form for CBCM Chinese School's 2024-2025 School Year. The 2024-2025 school year will start on 9/8/2024 until 6/1/2025. 這是中華聖經教會中文學校2024-2025學年度的註冊表格。
2. The Tuition for the whole school year (33 weeks) is $375.00, with $10 sibling discount per student. The Textbook fee for MeiZhou material is $18, and for Ma-Li Ping is $60. The PTA fee is $10 per family with no refund. 「美洲華語班」書費是 $18. 「馬立平班」書費是$60. 家長會費一個家庭是 $10 (不退費) 。
3. 支票抬頭請寫 Please make check payable to CBCM-CS.

5. 2024-205學年，學校計劃開設以下班級：幼兒班，學前班，雙語一年級，雙語二年級，雙語三年級，雙語五年級，雙語六年級，馬立平一年級，馬立平二年級，馬立平三年級，馬立平六年級，AP中文班。We will provide the following classes in the 2024-2025 school year: PreK, Kindergarten, MSL 1, MSL 2, MSL 3, MSL 5, MSL 6, MLP Chinese 1, MLP Chinese 2, MLP Chinese 3, MLP Chinese 6，AP Chinese.

若不清楚選班級，請與老師商議。
學校可適當的調整班級人數，並按學生程度，調整學生至不同的班級，或取消人數不足的班級，以符合實際的需求。
Please consult with teacher if you are not sure which class is good for your children.
The CBCM-CS reserves the rights to cancel classes or transfer students to a different level if insufficient number of students register.
7. 新生可以選擇試聽一到兩周. New students can take one or two classes. 退費標準 Refund Policy: 1st Week 100%, 2nd Week 50%, 3rd Week or later (No Refund) 以上不退費。
