This is a community potluck. What dish will you bringing to share? Main dishes, salads, soups, desserts are all amazing!! (Please bring something that can serve at least 10-20 other people)
We will be hearing stories of resilience from women in Gaza (video pre-recorded) and will be compiling our stories to share with them. Would you be interested in being recorded and sharing a story of hope with them?

Due to the incredible crisis that continues to unfold in Gaza, we are asking our guests if they can help sponsor (long-term) or donate to (one-time) a family in Gaza, instead of asking for a suggested donation for this event. (We will be sharing stories from over a dozen featured families at this event: you can choose whom you wish to support!)
Please indicate what amount (if any) you would be able to contribute, if this will be a one-time donation or a regular commitment, and the means by which you will make your donation (Venmo, cash, personal check).
This event will take place in the main sanctuary Fellowship Hall area (where all our meals have been served in prior events). We will have icebreaker activities at 11am while people arrive and set up their dishes, begin our meal together at 11:30 (during which people will be asked to share their stories of resilience and hope at their tables with one another), show videos from women in Gaza at noon, then have a time of recording videos to edit together and send back to them by way of encouragement and dialogue at 12:30. Please bring your family (children are absolutely welcome!) and invite your friends to this time of celebration, hope and encouragement for resilient mothers and women: both in Gaza and here!
