How does your company values the incorporation of young people without professional experience?
Youth & Empowerment is a project financed with the support of the European Commission aimed at promoting access to the job market for young people.

To make this possible, we want to learn about companies' experiences regarding the incorporation of profiles with little or no work experience. What is expected from these types of profiles and what advantages and disadvantages does their incorporation bring to the companies?
