BEASTFEST 2026 – Build-a-Beast Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the NEW Build-a-Beast Competition at BEASTFEST 2026! This year's event is on Saturday, October 24th from 1:00pm-5:00pm.

The Elkhorn Recreation Department is excited to bring this brand-new community tradition to BEASTFEST. Whether you're representing a business, organization, family, school, or participating as an individual, we'd love to hear from you.

To reserve your display space, this completed registration form and the $10 registration fee must be submitted to the Elkhorn Recreation Department. Space is limited and display locations will be assigned upon receipt of your registration and payment.

☐ I will reach out or stop by the Rec Dept to pay the $10 registration fee to officially reserve my spot

I am responsible for creating and providing my own Build-a-Beast display.

☐ My display will be family-friendly and appropriate for a public community event.

☐ Electricity will not be provided or permitted.

☐ My display must be set up on Saturday, October 24, 2026, prior to the start of BEASTFEST.

☐ My assigned display location and setup instructions will be emailed approximately one week before the event.

☐ I may place one yard sign next to my display to promote my business or organization.

☐ Event attendees will vote for their favorite Build-a-Beast display.

☐ The Elkhorn Recreation Department reserves the right to refuse any display that does not meet event guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

☐ The $10 registration fee per Beast benefits the Elkhorn Bandshell Restoration Fund.

☐ My display space is not reserved until both this completed registration form and payment have been received by the Elkhorn Recreation Department.
