I will be honest with my coach when something is not working for me or when I need more or less of something. I will let my coach know what kind of support I need. I will be honest when I’m feeling vulnerable and when it is not a good time to be challenged. I will be open when I need something that I am not getting. I will be honest about boundaries and am safe to give feedback to put my needs first.
