Student Rowers shall:

•offer friendly and helpful guidance to other rowers;


•strive to contribute to a pleasant, cordial and considerate atmosphere;


•represent WAHS Rowing in an appropriate and dignified manner in rowing  and other related activities;


•observe all safety regulations set forth by WAHS Rowing and USRowing;


•respect WAHS Rowing equipment and facilities as well as visitors’ properties;


•respect the authorities of WAHS Rowing coaches and officers.


•maintain an academic record of high standard.



There will be zero tolerance for:

•any form of harassment;


•any form of discrimination;


•use of offensive language and gestures;


•open display of hostility/ aggression;


•possession of or being under the influence of alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs.




WAHS Rowing coaches may withdraw or suspend the privilege of membership for individuals who violate the WAHS Rowing Code of Conduct.
