We will start in the afternoon on April 24, go all day on April 25, and end in the late morning on April 26.

If you would like to stay in the Decatur Marriott, then please call and make your own reservations by April 3. If you would like to stay on campus, then please contact Rachel Bayless at rbayless@agnesscott.edu. More information about both options is available on the Accommodations page.

Will you be requesting financial support? *
We expect to be able to cover the cost of a shared room for all participants. Speakers may also request reimbursement for travel and local expenses. All remaining funds will be used to subsidize additional participants' travel costs and meals. Based on past years' attendance, we estimate these funds to average about $200 per person.  Priority will be given to graduate students and recent Ph.D. recipients.
