HTR Long Term Lottery 2026
  • Long-term camping contracts run 6 months, May-October
  • Standard utility sites are $400/month, sewer utility sites are $500/month
  • Site fees do NOT include vehicle, boat, or other required permits
  • First and last month rent are due when contract is signed
  • You must be available by phone the day of drawing, December 8, 2025 starting at 8:30 AM
  • Completing this form does not guarantee your name will be drawn.
  • If your name is drawn, you have 1 hour from the time we contact you to respond. If we don't hear from you we will move on to the next person and you will forfeit your opportunity.
  • Long term sites are intended for campers that plan to use the site regularly. 
  • Sites are non-transferrable. The name drawn must be the person accepting or declining the site.
  • Long term sites do not automatically renew. Lottery will take place annually.
  • If your name is drawn, you will be granted your site preference based on availability.  (For example: if you're the first name drawn you will get your first choice.  If you're the third name drawn you get your highest ranked site still available.)
  • This form must be submitted by December 5, 2025 at 12:00 PM
