If I take your submisson, I'm doing so on the assumption that you've fully read them over before accepting, and will proceed accordingly. Give me some background on the characters and world you want me to work with- physical descriptions, personalities, world mechanics, etc. Don’t feel obligated to share more than you’re comfortable with- I completely understand wanting to keep personal lore close to your chest. But the more detail I have to work with and build from, the more I can flesh a story out and make it feel cohesive and organic. The less I have, the more I will have to homebrew and embellish to fill in gaps. (You don't have to put absolutely everything in this form, though, we can always hash out specifics afterward!)

Remember, you retain all rights to these details and characters!

I've posted past works I've made online, both for preservation and to provide examples of my writing for future clients. Would you be alright with me posting your commission as well (with appropriate credit to you as the commissioner and content owner)?
