Any request for training must be
approved by the Human Resource Committee, or myself prior to attending. If
under any circumstances; 1) the training will affect the daily paid
staff schedule, 2) the training is being paid for by the employer, 3)
the training will be added to your timecard for “training” hours, or 4) you
represent Minquas Fire Company in anyway prior authorization will be required.
The training
request form can be located on the linktr.ee site. Once the form is filled out
it will be reviewed and the employee will be contacted regarding the status of
the training.
The daily station training (if
manpower allows) does not have to be approved as it is usually held in-house
and, or locally.
