SIGCOMM'16 is experimenting a new format for the N2Women event at SIGCOMM. The event will be held over a dinner for a longer duration compared to typical lunches, and will be conducted a day before the conference. As part of the event, NSF kindly provides fundings for five under-represented graduate students who can attend both the N2women event and SIGCOMM.
Our goal is to foster the under-represented minority community within SIGCOMM and encourage interactions between students and senior researchers. Please note that this is separate from the SIGCOMM travel grants.
If you are an US-based under-represented young networking researcher, please kindly provide the following information: your name, email and school, as long with links to your CV and a support letter from your advisor.
The application is due before July 12th, 2016. The notification will be sent out on or before July 14th, 2016, the early registration deadline for SIGCOMM.
