- All the items are handmade  by truly yours))
- Turn around time is approximately 1-2 weeks, but could vary depending on your specific situation.
- A deposit will be needed to start the project. This ensures you are serious, this will then be what gets materials and holds your slot.
- Second half of the payment will be collected plus shipping when plushie is finished and ready to be shipped to its forever home.


** NOTE: Turn around ranges depending on complexity of the item! I work as efficient as possible (unless it is a bulk order then please give me a good amount of time, cause I'm a one person only. But you can be sure your item is made with care and attention to details.)
