Kindly read through the information below:

1. After filling the form below, you will receive an email to confirm if you qualify for the exercise.

2. You will need an Andriod phone, with active internet plan to carry out surveys. An Andriod Application will be sent to you with steps on how to install and use the application to carry out verification of addresses in your locality.
You will be paid immediately the address you verify is submitted.

3. We believe you have the pre-requisite knowledge of addresses and/or areas we shall be pushing to you to verify and that you shall on your part verify them efficiently using the following steps:

i. Make sure your mobile data is active;

ii. Turn on your GPS;

iii. Launch the Application we sent to you. The app is called Moki;

iv. Sign in with Surveyor ID and password we will be sending to you;

v. On the App Dashboard, you shall see Addresses you shall be verifying;

vi. Click the address and simply visit the address. Fill the questionnaires about the address you visited;

viii. When done on the address, click the "SYNC" button at the buttom of the application page to update address list meant for you or close the App completely and start step (iii) above - this will update your address list to the next address to be verified;

ix. Communicate with the Admin on 07046121846 or email verification@uno-credit.com immediately after completion of each of the address and/or all addresses.
