Members of the Rotary eClub of Silicon Valley are asked to use this form to tell about the service they are doing in and beyond their communities.

When thinking of what qualifies for service, take the following advice: "anything Rotarians do on a pro-bono basis - helping others in need without compensation in return."

We channel our commitment to service at home and abroad through five Avenues of Service, which are the foundation of club activity.

Remember that the Rotary year begins on 1 July and ends on June 30 every year, so it is important that you do not forget to fill out this form during the current Rotary year so we can take into account your activities.
