24 Hour Comics Day is an annual international celebration of creativity!  The challenge is for participants to create 24 comic book pages in 24 consecutive hours. It's a creative exercise that will test your stamina while you explore what you're capable of!

7000 BC is one of many hosts for this international event.  This year we're hosting virtually via Zoom and Discord, as well as In-Person at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Albuquerque, NM, USA.

Virtual registration is through Eventbrite.  Both In-Person and Virtual registrants must complete this release form.

The Ohio State University Cartoon Research Library maintains a collection of 24 Hour Comics.  If you wish, you may send a clean photocopy of your work (no original art!) to:

I understand that 24 Hour Comics Day 2024 is a marathon and potentially grueling effort. I am responsible for maintaining and monitoring my own health and the effects of sleeplessness, and absolve the organizers, sponsors, and hosts of the event of any liability arising from my participation in this event. I have arranged for my transportation away from the event, and am responsible for getting myself home.
