PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

(ART. 13 REG. UE 2016/679)

Dear Customer,
for the purposes of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter "G.D.P.R. 2016/679"), laying down the
new provisions for the protection of "privacy" and relating to the protection and personal data
processing, we inform you that the processing of personal data already provided and acquired by you
and that you will be provided in the future as "interested" will be subject to processing in compliance
with the legislation provided for by the aforementioned Regulation and confidentiality obligations,
fairness, lawfulness and transparency.

b) Purpose of processing
The personal data provided are necessary to satisfy or respond to the requests transmitted, and for the
purpose of sending informative material

c) Methods of processing and storing data
The processing of the data provided is carried out both in automated form and in manual form in
compliance with art. 32 of G.D.P.R. 2016/679, by specifically appointed staff and in compliance with
the provisions of art 29 of G.D.P.R. 2016/679.
Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data
minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of G.D.P.R. 2016/679, with your free and explicit consent expressed in
the annex to this information, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to
achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in any case not beyond the terms
established by tax regulations, labour and social security regulations and the relevant civil code and for a
further ten years.

d) Communication and dissemination data
We also inform you that collected data will never be disseminated and will not be communicated
without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications that may involve the transfer
of data to public institutions, consultants or other entities for the fulfilment of legal obligations.

In addition, such data may be known, within the limits of current legislation by employees and/or
collaborators expressly appointed and appointed by the Data Controller.

e) Special categories of personal data
Pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of G.D.P.R. 2016/679, you may provide our organization with data that
can be described as "special categories of personal ", i.e. those data that reveal "racial or ethnic

recognized at any time the right to:
● Access (art. 15 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
● Rectification (art. 16 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
● Erasure (art. 17 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
● Restriction of processing (art. 18 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
● Portability, understood as the right to obtain from the controller the data in a structured format
of common use and readable by automatic device to transmit them to another controller
without hindrance (art. 20 EU Regulation no. 2016/679);
● Object to the processing (Art. 21 EU Regulation No. 2016/679);
● Withdrawal of consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing
based on the consent acquired before the revocation (art. 7, par. 3 EU Regulation no.
2016/679);
● Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (art. 51 EU Regulation no.
2016/679).
