Free Tutoring Sign-Up Form
Thank you for your interest in free tutoring for your child with Peppo. To help us find the best tutor for your child, please complete the below information form. Please note that the tutoring is only for students in years 9-11 who are in receipt of Free School Meals, Pupil Premium, and/or Education Maintenance Allowance or have come to the UK as a refugee/asylum seeker. The tutoring we provide is for 10 lessons (comprising of 10 weeks of 1 hour a week) in one subject per child only.

Our free tutoring is only for children who satisfy all of the below criteria. Please read them carefully and then tick the below box to confirm this applies to you. 

Our tutoring is for any child who: 

1) Is in Year 9 to 11; and
2) Attends, and has attended from age 11, a state-funded, non-fee-paying school/college; and  
3) Is in one (or more) of the following categories:
- Is currently in receipt of, or has previously received, free school meals and/or Pupil Premium
- Is currently or has previously been in local authority care (for a period of three months or longer)
- Came to the UK as a refugee or an asylum seeker
