AAPCHO Regional Middle America Health Center Gathering Registration 
Thank you for your interest in the upcoming meeting in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on June 11, 2025 on regional promising practices for understanding and meeting the unique health needs of health center patients, including Pacific Islanders, in middle America. This brief application will gather your information, needs, and details. 

Space is limited and folks will be accepted on a rolling basis. This application will remain open until all spots are filled.

For those flying in, there is a free shuttle from CID to the hotel. 

For those driving in, there will be $12/day parking unless you are staying at the hotel, in which case, parking is free.

Please note that AAPCHO cannot reimburse attendees for their lodging or accommodations for this meeting but are collecting this to know how many rooms to reserve for participants traveling from out of town.

We will have limited scholarships available for this event.

Note that scholarships are subject to availability and applicants from health centers and primary care associations in the middle America region will be prioritized.

The venue will have ramps and an elevator. In our meeting room, we will be using small tables and chairs. 

The presentation period will include a large tv screen and computer speakers. 

Conversations will conducted in the large group using microphones, small groups, and may include note taking on chart paper and smaller post-its.
