Mental Health Community Share Form
We believe in the power of storytelling to break down the stigma surrounding mental illness, substance use conditions, and overall mental health. Every time a story is told – every time we shine a light on one of these topics – we let someone know that they are not alone. We can give someone the gift of hope and provide them with a sense of community based on shared experiences.  With our community at the heart of our mission at Building Hope, we would love to hear your stories and share them out! If interested in sharing your mental health-related story with our community, please make your way through the form below to provide insight on the story you'd be open to sharing.

(Please try to keep it trauma informed and leave out potentially triggering details. Being trauma-informed means reducing re-traumatization, promoting healing and recovery, improving outcomes, and creating a more just and equitable society. In essence, being trauma-informed is about understanding the impact of trauma, creating a supportive and respectful environment, and empowering survivors to take control of their own healing journey. )
