Art Commission Form
Commission Status: As of June 2025, I am mainly open to bust (portrait) sketch/simple colour work. I'm hesitant to accept more full renders at the moment, BUT I am remaining open to hearing out proposals. Just please be aware I might turn such thing down if I feel it's too much right now. (Trying to work on some of my own art right now, so trying to keep commission work lighter. :) ) Thank you for understanding! I am also accepting sketch commissions (and quick doodles when live on stream :) ) via my Ko-Fi! Check it out!

Thank you for the interest in my work! Please be sure to read everything carefully before submitting the form! And if you have ANY questions, or concerns, please get in touch with me first! (If you need to look back at my commission sheet, here it is!)

If you're here, you probably already know what I tend to draw. :) But just to be sure, note that more technical drawing (bicycles, vehicles, mecha etc.) is not my jam, nor am I very good at detailed backgrounds or heavily detailed items! (I love a lot of XIV armour... but also, oh gosh, some of it I don't think I could handle. XD) Mature content is also not my thing.

My own art style has evolved to be a somewhat a cross between anime and Disney, but as an animator at heart, I love to dabble with other styles if there's a look you'd like to see.

I will contact you via email or other contact method to confirm I have received your commission information and to further discuss the details of the commission.

My preferred method of payment is Paypal. Prices are in USD.

I have no completion times listed as every commission is different! The more details, the longer it is likely to take. If you need anything by a certain date, however, be sure to let me know!

Terms of Service

General Terms:
  • Sending this commission form does not guarantee I have accepted your commission. I may turn down your commission for any reason.
  • Prices are estimates and may vary depending on what exactly is being commissioned.
  • This form is for digital commissions, therefor, delivery will be made via email or other online contact method. There is no physical item; there is nothing to ship and there will be no shipping fees.
Payment:
  • Paypal is my favoured payment method. (If you are fellow Canadian, Interac transfer may also be possible. It's something I am willing to discuss!)
  • For commissions below $50, the payment will be requested in full when the commission is begun. Above $50, I offer the option to pay %50 at the start and the other half upon completion..
  • When everything has been confirmed, I will send you an Paypal invoice. In the event I have more than one commission queued, I will not send an invoice until I am ready to begin your commission.
The Process:
  • Commissions are generally completed first come, first serve. (Though I rarely take more than one or two at a time.)
  • When I have completed the sketch, I will contact you for any revisions and approval. Any major revisions after this point may incur an additional fee. I will also share updates during the lineart and colouring process.
  • Once completed, you will receive a full resolution of the image and a websized image in PNG or TIF format.
Copyright and Usage:
  • I, the Artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork created. That includes the right to post the artwork to my social media, etc.
  • The artwork may not be used in any way, shape or form for AI nor the likes of NFTs etc.
  • The artwork may be used for your own personal use, such printed to hang on your wall, desktop wallpaper, phone lockscreen, Twitter avatar, etc. You may not alter the artwork without my consent with the exception of basic photo editing such as cropping, resizing, etc.
  • The artwork may NOT be used for any commercial use/for profit. For commercial work, please contact me for further discussion. An exception to this is Twitch/Youtube streaming use, such as layouts, avatars, etc.
  • You may post the artwork to your own social media etc. as long as there is proper credit to me provided. (It is greatly appreciated, however, if you retweet/reblog my own post of it!) You may not claim (or imply with lack of credit) that it is your own.
Cancellations and Refunds:
  • I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time and for any reason. If I am unable to start your commission after payment has been received, you will be refunded.
  • If you cancel the commission before work has begun on it, you will receive a full refund. If work has been started, a refund can be negotiated that's fair to both parties.
  • No refund will be made once the commission has been completed and received.
  • Do not use Paypal chargeback, please! If a refund is agreed upon, I will issue the refund personally.
