25 Marvin 5K Vendor Registration Form
The Village of Marvin will be hosting a 5K on May 31st, 2025 at Marvin Elementary school located at 9700 Marvin School Road, Marvin, NC 28173. The 5K race will be held at 9:00AM and the family fun run will be held at 10:00AM. This day will also consist of a health fair at the school. 

We will have food from Publix and a coffee truck will be on site! We will have a Health and Wellness fair again this year, and are inviting vendors to come help make this a fantastic morning. The health fair will begin at 8AM and end around 11:30AM. Each vendor will be provided with a 10x10 booth space to set up and show off your business. You are more than welcome to bring promotional items and decorate your area however you would like. We recommend bringing a tent, table and chairs. Accommodations can be made if you contact us directly. The cost of being a vendor will be $25. This fee will reserve your spot. 

We ask that you are on site at the elementary school, set up and ready by 8:00AM on Saturday May 31st. We look forward to having you there!

Upon acceptance of this Agreement by the Village of Marvin, I/we understand that my business will be a Marvin 5K and Health Fair Vendor on Saturday, June 1st.  I/we understand that the business serving as a Health Fair Vendor will be allowed to come to begin set-up at my assigned booth area beginning at 7 am on May 31st, 2025.  This will include decorations, and any other props that will make a fun & festive table.  I/we understand that Health Fair Vendors can promote their business at this event via signs, cards, hand-outs, & other free promotional items.  *
