BEF Grant Feedback
Please complete this form no later than two weeks after the program is completed or by the end of the school year (which ever comes sooner).  This information is important and will assist the Branchburg Education Foundation in determining your eligibility for future grants.  

The BEF is interested in obtaining pictures and/or videos of our funded programs that we can share with the community and potential donors; please be conscientious of the student/parent permission on photo releases.  Please send available pictures and/or videos to Sandy Carmody at sandy@branchburgeducationfoundation.org and indicated if photo release forms have been signed for all participants.
