RadPlan Profile Selection Voting Mechanism and Method Ballot

For this ballot, we ask you to review the current voting mechanism (Simple Condorcet) and a newly proposed voting mechanism (Modified Borda count). We are also reviewing whether voting should be conducted via "live" teleconference only or through an offline letter ballot.
