By completing this form you are applying for an ordinary membership of the professional Bowls Association [NZ Branch] and agree to abide by the association's rules and regulations. You understand that you will receive news bulletins from the PBA-NZ from time to time and will be eligible to enter qualifying events for World bowls tour events as arranged by the PBA-NZ.
All subs are due prior to day of first event being played.
