Hi there friends! This is the vendor application for The 'I AM Mindful Market's 1ST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION on Saturday, March 30th at THE MEETING HOUSE in Oakville (right on the border of Mississauga).

Can you believe it will soon be ONE YEAR of this amazing mindful community? Thank you for your support, your sweet souls and your mindful nature. As the GTA's most mindful / uplifting market, we see the beauty in honouring the dignity and uniqueness of each vendor. A diverse line-up of vendors is what helps to create such an awesome atmosphere! For that reason, as well as the high volume of applications that are submitted, please understand that not all applications can be accepted.

We are so excited to celebrate and want you the be there! This market will feature things like never before, making it not only a market, but so much more. It will be a social event like no other, one that everyone will SERIOUSLY enjoy.

We have carefully selected a beautiful charity organization to give back to and this market will be raising money in support of them! Right now, it is still a surprise, so stay tuned to find out who we are supporting (will be announced shortly).

This BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION will run from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and is FREE ADMISSION for the public - Wahoo!!

You are registering for the 'I AM Mindful Market' 1st Birthday Celebration which holds a non-refundable fee of $200.00 *
Each vendor space will come with a 6ft table & 1 chair (6x3 space) *
Additional tables / spaces hold a $50.00 charge. Do you require an extra table / space? *First come first serve - Limited availability*
Will you be bringing a clothing rack / any rack that you will have set up adjacent to your table? If so, how many?

The first 40 guests will receive "Mindful Merchandise" swag bags. Are you interested in donating to these bags? *
We give back! We do so through our silent auction / raffle table section. Are you interested in contributing to our LUXURY RAFFLE BASKETS? *
All vendors must supply their own extension cords (if needed) but if any additional equipment or support is required, please outline below (i.e wall outlet nearby, corner, etc.).

If selected, you will receive an "acceptance email" and at that point, your spot is only reserved once payment has been submitted. Please submit EMT within 24 hrs of your application acceptance in order to secure your spot. *
