Multicultural Night Volunteer Form
Thursday, Nov 13th, 2025
*Arrive for set up from 4:00-4:45 p.m.
Event is from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
*Set up for parents/guardian starts at 4:00pm/ 7:00pm clean up

  • Volunteers must make a cultural dish that feeds at least 4-6 people (participants will walk around and sample the food/dish from your country/state.)

  • Volunteers will bring items to decorate their table to represent their country (Ex. props, poster boards, pictures, decorative items.)

  • Volunteers can wear their cultural attire (fashion show ready.)

  • We will have a fashion show, as well as entertainment (Singing, dance, etc.)

  • Los voluntarios deben preparar un plato tradicional que alimente al menos a 4-6 personas (los participantes caminarán y probarán la comida/plato de su país/estado).

    • Los voluntarios traerán artículos para decorar su mesa para representar a su país (accesorios, cartulinas, fotografías, artículos decorativos).

    • Los voluntarios pueden usar su atuendo cultural (listo para el desfile de moda)
