Our 12-week projects bring together interdisciplinary teams of top student consultants who volunteer their time and expertise to help non-profit organizations tackle real-world challenges. These projects focus on creating strategies for financial sustainability, organizational effectiveness, and marketing. Each team is paired with experienced consultants who provide guidance and mentorship throughout their consulting journey.

Each engagement culminates in a final presentation that delivers actionable recommendations, highlights potential risks and challenges, and proposes sustainable long-term solutions with clear implementation strategies.

The application process is highly competitive and begins with an online submission. Shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in consulting interviews, consisting of a 10-minute behavioral interview and a 15-minute case study.

The Winter 2025 Engagement runs from February 8 to April 26, 2025. Successful applicants must pay a $50 admission fee, which covers the operational costs of our non-profit organization. This fee also includes access to networking opportunities with consultants from leading firms, offered through both formal events and informal connections.
