Kol Chai HHD 2026 Registration - Guests
Welcome to the Registration form for Kol Chai’s High Holyday services 2026.   This year, Rosh Hashanah will begin on the evening of Friday 11th September and will last until sundown on Sunday 13th September. Yom Kippur will begin on the evening of Sunday 20th September and will last until sundown on Monday 21st September.

At Kol Chai, we welcome guests at our services from near and far.  For those guests wishing to attend our services in-person, there will be a charge, unless:
they are members of another Reform or Liberal congregation in the UK; or
they are aged under 35.

This is because we have a reciprocal arrangement with other Reform and Liberal synagogues and because the Movements for Reform and Liberal Judaism both run a scheme that enables those under 26 access to services at all communities within that scheme (which includes Kol Chai) - we have extended the age limit at Kol Chai to 35.

The charge this year for adult non-members attending services in-person will be £50 per person.  There is no fee for accessing our services on-line.

Please complete all parts of this form.  For security purposes, everyone who wishes to join our services, whether in-person or on-line, needs to be registered.  PLEASE NOTE we will use your email address and/or your mobile phone number to communicate with you regarding the High Holydays and associated matters.

Thank you for considering joining us for the High Holydays.  We look forward to welcoming you.

If you have any questions and need to talk with someone, please call the Kol Chai Office between the hours of 9.30 and 14.00 on Monday to Thursday; 9.30 - 12.30 on Fridays. Phone no: 020 8421 5482. Alternatively, email ritual@kolchai.org.

CHILDREN AT THE HIGH HOLYDAY SERVICES:  We shall be organising two services for children on 1st day Rosh Hashanah:
a) a tots service for babies up to school year 2; and
b)  an intergenerational family service for anyone from school year 3 and upwards - including those who remember King George V!!
If you would like your children to join those activities, accompanied or unaccompanied, please indicate below (These activities will be accessible in person only and not on-line).  If your answer is yes, please indicate likely numbers in the following two questions. Thank you.
Torah Tots (babies up to school year 2) - likely number of children.  (Please insert a number rather than text)
Family alternative service - likely total number of family members. (Please insert a number rather than text)
YOM KIPPUR LUNCH FOR PRE-B'NEI MITZVAH CHILDREN:   Children below the age of 13 are not required to fast during Yom Kippur. We know that many of our members and guests attending services will have children with them.  For those of you that wish, Kol Chai will provide a light lunch on Yom Kippur for your children, or grandchildren.
We are planning to offer a sandwich, a packet of crisps and a fruit.
If you would like to partake of this, please register below.

If the answer to the above question is 'Yes', how many of your children would you like to register for Yom Kippur lunch? (Please use numbers rather than text)
If your children will be partaking of the lunch, please could you advise of any allergies or intolerances?
PRAYER BOOKS (Machzorim):
PRAYER BOOKS (Machzorim):  This Year, Kol Chai will be using the new Reform Machzor, published in 2024.  We used this machzor in 2025.  If you intend to access any of our services this year on-line only and not in-person, you will need to purchase the new machzor because the Movement for Reform Judaism will not be offering an on-line version of it.
If you wish to purchase the new machzor, please contact the Kol Chai office during office hours on 020 8421 5482.  The price will be £42.00.
If you are attending our services in person, we may have some spare copies that guests may use on the day.
YOM KIPPUR ALTERNATIVE INTERGENERATIONAL SERVICE As with previous years at Kol Chai, we will be running an alternative intergenerational service on Yom Kippur morning.  Please indicate whether your family is likely to attend this service.   *
If you answered Yes or Maybe to the previous question, How many in your family are likely to attend the alternative intergenerational service?  This question is only so we can estimate numbers and everyone will be free to decide on the day which service they wish to attend. Please use numbers rather than text.
