Terms and Agreement

1) Food vendors will be located inside the boundaries of Ann Street, York Ave, Main Street, Maple Street, 3rd Street, Lombard Street, and N 4th Street.

Please see the attached map for more details.

3) Registration as a food vendor does not guarantee the selection of your service.

2) Food vendor registration opens in March and will remain open through 11:59 p.m. on August 23rd. No late sign-ups will be accepted.

4) This is a volunteer event. Therefore, except for revenue from selling food to attendees, the Porch Fest Committee does not offer financial compensation to vendors for their participation.

5) Vendor locations are NOT final until the schedule is released to the public.

6) If you need to cancel for any reason, please be courteous and let us know as early as possible.
