Laurel Sears

Laurel is a movement artist and educator based in Missoula, MT. She holds an MFA in Dance, a 200-hour Yoga Certification through Sistermoon Wellness, and has completed the Emotional Sovereignty course through The Center for Emotional Education. Additionally, she works as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Montana in the School of Theatre and Dance.

From a young age, Laurel has been fascinated by movement as an expressive art form; for her, moving is a language. Studying somatic practices such as Bartenieff Fundamentals and the Alexander Technique has provided some of her truest moments of connecting the feeling person to the moving person. She continues her research both professionally and personally and is excited to discover what the gifts of presence and awareness can bring to her life and the lives of others.

We look forward to welcoming you!
