Mission Statement:
Our mission is to create an accessible and empowering dental enrichment program for underprivileged and first-generation pre- dental students, particularly students of color, who often face limited opportunities in dentistry. By fostering connections across multiple schools in the Massachusetts area, we aim to provide hands-on experiences, mentorship, and academic resources that are typically less academic. We strive to break down barriers, ensuring that all pre-dental students, regardless of background, have the support and opportunities needed to succeed in their dental careers.
Vision:
We envision a future where dental education is equitable and inclusive, with students from diverse backgrounds able to pursue their dreams without the limitations of financial or systemic obstacles. Our program will serve as a bridge between aspiring dental professionals and the resources they need, expanding across schools in Massachusetts and beyond. We aim to be a beacon of support for underrepresented groups, creating network that champions diversity, fosters growth, and opens doors for future generations in dentistry.
