HITP Boarding

Thank you for considering our boarding service for your hedgehog! Please complete the following application to help us ensure your hedgehog receives the best care possible during their stay with us.

By submitting this application, I, the undersigned, confirm that the information provided about my hedgehog is accurate and complete. I understand and agree that while my hedgehog will be provided with reasonable care, comfort, and supervision during their stay, the facility is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or deaths that may occur during boarding, except in cases of proven negligence. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the facility to seek veterinary care for my hedgehog, and I agree to cover any associated costs. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for picking up my hedgehog on the agreed-upon pick-up date. If I fail to do so, I understand that additional fees may apply for each day my hedgehog remains in boarding. The facility reserves the right to consider the animal abandoned after 72 hours. In such cases, the hedgehog may be rehomed or placed with a rescue organization at my expense. By signing this form, I accept all terms and conditions outlined and agree to hold harmless the boarding facility, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to the care of my hedgehog.
