CCCApply Administrator 2.0: Pre-Migration Activities Survey
The purpose of this survey is to ensure colleges have reviewed and preserved a copy of their CCCApply Administrator v.1.0 production data prior to migration to the new CCCApply Admin 2.0 upgrade.

NOTE:  Repeat this process for each Application you are authorized to manage in the CCCApply Administrator, including the BOG Fee Waiver, International application, and the Report Center.
International Application English Proficiency Requirements: Do you have an English Proficiency requirement at your college? If yes, did you take a screenshot of the Help text (pre-requisite instructions), Test Types, and Test Score settings? *
