2024 IDB Family Association Holiday Bazaar Application Form
Dates:  Tuesday & Wednesday, November 12th & 13th, 2024
Time:   10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Place:  IDB Atrium - 1300 New York Avenue - Washington, DC  20577

FEE: 1 TABLE PER $250.00 or 2 TABLES PER $470.00 (INCLUDE 1 CHAIR PER TABLE)

TABLE SIZE:  2' X 6' 

For your application to be considered and completed, please attach to this registration form, pictures of the items for sale by Tuesday, October 15th.

To upload the pictures to the google form you must have a Gmail account, if you don't have a Gmail account, please send the pictures attached to: info@iadbfamilyassociation.org.The application will be reviewed based on the type, quality, price, and uniqueness of the products you offer.  

IF YOU PARTICIPATED LAST YEAR, ONLY UPLOAD PICTURES IF YOU WILL BE OFFERING NEW ITEMS THIS YEAR.

In case your application is accepted, we will send you a confirmation letter with your table(s) number(s) and all other necessary and detailed information by October 18th.

NOTE: VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO CHARGE CUSTOMERS THE 5.75% DC SALES TAX.
