This early edition was pre-copyedit and fresh out of layout, so typos and formatting errors are to be expected! You have no obligation to find or flag them yourself (we pay copyeditors for that!!) but with a book this large extra eyes are always appreciated.

If you'd like to report a mistake—whether an obvious or suspected one—please do so here! Just note the page number in the first field and the error itself in the second. 

If you'd like to report more than one mistake, please reopen the form and submit each separately. That way we can sort responses by page number, streamlining corrections and quickly identifying any repetition.
