US-ASEAN Futures Symposium: Attendance Registration - Panels 1 & 2
The US-ASEAN Futures Symposium is a consultation platform for youth from the United States and ASEAN Member States to engage in interdisciplinary dialogue. 

Completing this form serves as both registration and confirmation of attendance for the following panel discussions:

Panel 1 | Challenges and Opportunities in US-ASEAN Economic and Financial Cooperation
  • Experts and rising leaders from both the United States and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) will convene to explore the dynamic landscape of economic and financial cooperation between the two regions. This engaging session aims to shed light on the multifaceted challenges and promising opportunities that lie ahead in strengthening the economic ties and collaborative financial strategies between the US and ASEAN member countries.
Panel 2 | The Role of China, Japan, and Korea in the ASEAN Region
  • Panelists will gather to delve into the evolving dynamics of cooperation and the influence of the three major East Asian economies - China, Japan, and Korea. This engaging session aims to explore the multifaceted interactions, challenges, and opportunities presented by the ASEAN+3 framework, focusing on how China, Japan, and Korea are shaping the economic, political, and social landscape of the region.

I have met the eligibility criteria:

1. A promising future young leader of ASEAN Member States or the United States - undergraduate/graduate student, recent graduate, young professional;
2. Be aged between 18 and 35;
3. Be fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading);
4. Have strong academic, professional, or volunteering experience and deep knowledge of the thematic focus areas;
5. Have demonstrated capacity in key leadership positions;
6. Have a strong interest in foreign policy and/or global issues related to US-ASEAN relations;
7. Demonstrate strong cultural awareness and understanding
