With the exception of complaints about breaches of privacy (which may be sent directly to the Broadcasting Standards Authority at PO Box 9213, Wellington or bsa.govt.nz), you must send your complaint to the broadcaster in the first instance.
Formal complaints must be received by Bravo within 20 working days of the television programme or radio broadcast. The broadcaster must reply to you within 20 working days of receiving your complaint.
Please note that the Broadcasting Act sets out a 'working days' hiatus period from 25 Dec to 15 Jan. For more information please see bsa.govt.nz.
